RETURNS

  1. CONSUMER RETURNS - A customer who is an individual purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to professional or business activities.

You have the right to return the product purchased from us without giving a reason, within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is complete, unused, and undamaged. You must inform us about the return in writing by sending a product return form to the email address info@thebrooklynkids.pl. The return form can be downloaded below. After receiving the product, The Brooklyn Loft will refund the amount paid for the product to the bank account number provided by you in the return form within 3-5 days. Please note that The Brooklyn Kids does not cover the shipping costs for returned products and does not accept returns sent by cash on delivery. Returns should be sent to the following address:

  1. RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE "ON BEHALF OF A BUSINESS"

The consumer return rights described above (in point 1) do not apply to individuals purchasing goods related to their business activity and requesting a VAT invoice. In exceptional cases, the seller may agree to accept a statement of withdrawal from the contract submitted by a customer who is not a consumer. The matter will then be considered individually.


COMPLAINTS

Before accepting the package from the courier, please check if it has been damaged during transport.
If you find that the purchased product has manufacturing defects or does not match the description, please contact the store to arrange further steps. To file a complaint, please send a written statement detailing the reasons for the complaint to info@thebrooklynkids.pl. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
